Purpose

Respect Their Game exists to document women athletes with honesty and care—but the work is meant to extend beyond the photograph.

This project is built on the belief that visibility has value. That recognition matters. And that when we choose to pay attention—to effort, to discipline, to commitment—we also take on a responsibility to give something back.

As the project grows, RTG is committed to directing a portion of its resources toward three areas of impact:

Women’s Sports

Supporting organizations that create access, equity, and long-term opportunity for women in sport. RTG is currently exploring ways to contribute to Voice in Sport, whose work centers on mentorship, education, and advocacy for female athletes at every level.

Women’s Leadership

Investing in the continued advancement of women in business and public leadership. The same discipline and resilience seen in sport translates directly into leadership—and supporting that transition is essential to broader cultural change.

Protection & Advocacy

Standing with organizations working to protect vulnerable individuals and combat exploitation. RTG is actively looking into supporting the Tim Tebow Foundation, particularly their efforts to fight human trafficking and care for survivors.

Supporting the Work

RTG is currently a self-funded project built on film photography—where every frame carries a real cost: film, processing, scanning, and time.
